The food and service were excellent and we were thrilled to learn our server Kali is also the pastry chef! We had the best crème brûlée we have ever eaten, along with an amazing espresso chocolate cake. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

Had a very nice dinner at the Edge after a festive time strolling thru Main street Bethlehem. The restaurant has a warm ambiance, the menu is varied such that there is something for everyone's pallette. I had the penne pasta which was creamy delicious, the waitress (name?) was very attentive and engaging. Will be back

Food was really good, but having to order food at the bar just made it a disruptive dinner! I feel like I won’t go back which is a shame because like I said the food was good as well the drinks.
