Best Vegan Restaurants in Gobernador Piñero

This was our second time coming here. The first time we came to Marmalade was in or around February of 2022. It was our first experience in a fine dining restaurant. We were not disappointed. Since then, we have been only to one other fine-dining restaurant besides Marmalade, but it just doesn’t compare to this one. Marmalade is more intimate, the food here is exceptional, and when we went last night we personally enjoyed it more this second time around. The tiny bean soup, the lamb, the popcorn shrimp, the organic beef tartar with the truffles (we had truffles!) was all absolutely delicious. The desserts are so creative and unlike anything I’ve ever had in my life before. A lot of complexity, beautiful presentations, savory…absolutely the best! I have a hard time believing I would be able to find a better fine dining experience with good value as Marmalade!

Sitting outside, looking over at the bay from time to time, that was special. And then you add absolutely triumphant Asian local fusion and I don’t think I’ve had a better dinner in a long time. Great drinks, great service, a really cool spot to eat really well and celebrate.
