- PPaulChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe wait staff were amazing. Our server gave great descriptions and suggestions for ordering. The family style service provided a great opportunity to taste and try a very tasty variety of starters and main dishes. We had a large group of 12-6 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from about 17 months to 17 years of age. Drinks and food came out as they were ready and gave everyone plenty of time to enjoy. The venue has a warm and welcoming vibe in sync with the warm and welcoming staff. Looking forward to our next visit!More infoQuartino - ChicagoPrice: Moderate• Italian• River North (Chicago)•4.5

We had delicious hummus, 3 different varieties, a Greek salad and brussels sprout and apple salad were fresh and tasty, crispy potatoes with tzatziki sauce were unique and left us wanting more, and lamb and beef, and salmon kabobs were seasoned in a way that was different than the usual Mediterranean restaurant kabobs and we loved them. We finished with a honey pie and vanilla bean panna cotta deserts. It was a fabulous experience.More infoEma - River NorthPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• River North (Chicago)•4.7

The timing of the service of each course was perfect! We never felt rushed and we did take our time enjoying each and every bite! All staff were great. Our server Nina was exceptional! Great knowledge of the dishes as well as the wines that complimented them. She was so genuine, nice and fun which added so much to our experience! We had the squash blossoms, blue prawns, insulate di cicoria (which was plentiful- we shared it) wild boar papperdelle pasta dish, and spaghetti ala vongole! Had a great bottle of vermentino that was featured this week. Finished with tiramisu, espresso martini and limoncello! Buonissima! Almost forgot to mention the view! - AAlannaChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoOur waitress wasn’t the most helpful. She had a tone and vibe that felt unpleasant. For instance, when I asked what salad dressings were available it was like pulling teeth to get her to tell me simple information like that. And in the end she still couldn’t tell me the options. It also felt like we were in her way and an inconvenience to her. She wasn’t warm or welcoming at all. We were the large table of 10, maybe that stressed her out- but I expected better service for this type of ‘higher end’ restaurant. Everything else was outstanding the food, atmosphere etc. We will still visit again- Just hope we have a friendlier more helpful server next time.More infoBeatrix - River NorthPrice: Moderate• American• River North (Chicago)•4.6
