Best Vegan Restaurants in Escondido

Food was pretty good tonight. Service was fine. Had some uncomfortable chairs and had to talk the hostess into giving us an inside table for my reservation, it was chilly outside. I’ve had better experiences at this location and there other locations.

The spouse & I were visiting my daughter, who lives in San Diego. She had not been to Madison & neither had we. We all enjoyed the tomato & burrata appetizer. We also had the cioppino, Tuscan sausage rigatoni & chicken piccata; all were so good! Spouse & I had the Ibarra & The Woodsman, which were delicious. Service from Kylee excellent. We also enjoyed the music. My daughter plans to bring her roommates here.

Had a delicious meal at The Plot! There were 6 of us for dinner so we shared a bunch of dishes which were all exceptional. From the risotto to the spicy beets to our mocktails (Dry January for a few of us) we were all delighted. Wonderful, attentive service in the very pretty space. If you haven't been yet-get there!

Came on NY’s day for lunch. Food, ambience, and service were fantastic. There was an issue initially with the hostess getting our party seated even though we had a reservation. The hostess was not very receptive, reassuring, or service oriented it seemed. But the manager eventually got involved who was amazing and got us all situated. Norma was the sweetest. Would definitely come here again :)
