Stella's on highway 267 feels like a hidden gem in Truckee. From the moment you walk through their doors, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. One of the things I like best about it is the fact that it is not noisy and impossible to have a conversation like many of the restaurants in Truckee are. We've had family birthday dinners here twice, and it has always been a wonderful experience. The food is delicious and the staff are all very friendly.. I highly recommend Stella's.

Excellent dining options and all well prepared. Our server, Janice, could not have been more helpful and definitely steered us in the right directions. Just a delightful evening in a lovely setting.

I love supporting a local business and we will continue to come here. The quality of the food was not good and hasn’t been awesome the last few times we have gone in. Our French onion soup had no bread/crouton and just a slap of lightly melted cheese on it. Why? If they were out of something they could have said so. The ambiance and space is great. Not sure what has changed but this isn’t the same restaurant it was a couple years ago.
