A Family Tradition For Over 90 YearsMrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner Restaurant first opened in 1934 with Mrs. Knott and her children serving the first customers in their tea room. The restaurant has grown over the years into one of the largest in California, but the classic fried chicken dinner is still made the same way today using Mrs. Knott's recipes. Every complete chicken dinner includes handmade biscuits, side salad, choice of cabbage or cherry rhubarb, three pieces of fried chicken, and mashed potatoes smothered in gravy. For dessert: your choice of boysenberry pie or boysenberry sherbet. Many other dishes are also available including grilled chicken, salads, and a number of appetizers. A full-service bar, serving signature boysenberry-infused cocktails, is also available.Currently, we are following all government-issued regulations and seating is currently outside only.     We’ve been to the White House many times. We wanted to celebrate our Aunt’s 80’s birthday while she was visiting from TX. Unfortunately, our regular server George was off. We were very happy to see Joaquin there though. Food was phenomenal, as always. Ambiance always cool.

    We had an amazing experience with Four Bricks. The food was delicious we shared the chicken Parmesan and vodka pasta with a side of mashed potatoes. The potatoes were probably the best I’ve ever had. They were like plush clouds in my mouth just absolutely delicious. The chicken Parmesan was perfect too. I don’t even like chicken like that but I was craving that dish for some reason so we ordered it. And let me tell you it did not disappoint. Overall our experience was very nice the staff is very friendly and it’s such a clean restaurant. Definitely a new favorite and will be coming back soon.

    We went on Valentine’s Day and they were extremely busy but staff handled the weight quite well and still deliver. Great customer service. The food was excellent. We tried the Valentine course menu and it was delicious.

    Excellent quality food, great drink menu and everything was delicious. We enjoyed the carne asada tacos, fish tacos, burrito Norteño, quesabirrias quesadilla’s. Great and friendly customer service. We will definitely return.
