Best Vegan Restaurants in Novato

I've been dining at Insalata's for more than 25 years. The restaurant continues to do a wonderful job. A neighborhood gem! Thank you to the Krahling family for bringing so much to our community over these many years.

Vegetarian or meat eater, Wildseed is such a special restaurant. High-end vegetarian food that I think can satisfy many a meat lover. The space is beautiful. The dishes are so delicious. I had something called neatball masala and it was so flavorful, filling, and reasonably priced. My friend loved her impossible burger. The staff is very nice, but they seem understaffed and just a little too busy to pay close attention to each table. This is not the fault of the staff who are working so hard, but the restaurant could hire a few more servers. Even so, I already look forward to my return to Wildseed. 

My first visit to Green's was nearly 40 years ago and it has never disappointed. The food is fresh, innovative and thoughtfully prepared. The setting is terrific and the service friendly and helpful.

Food and service were great! We do appreciated how the menu works for people who are omnivores, vegans, lactose-intolerant, gluten-free…and everything was DELICIOUS. We loved that everyone could find something to eat, and we could even share appetizers with restrictions. The wine list is also fantastic, loved the Chenin Blanc we ordered. Service was attentive and warm, decor is timeless. Firefly is a classic SF spot for a reason!

The staff was very accommodating to our holiday get together group: kind, attentive and flexible. We highly recommend the happy hour draft menu and small plates. Great to hang with friends or watch a game.
