    Absolutely Phenomenal! From start to finish, our experience at Stubborn Seed was nothing short of spectacular. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with an effortlessly cool vibe that set the perfect tone for the evening. The cocktails were simply next-level—crafted with precision and bursting with unique flavors. Each sip was an experience in itself! The food? Pure perfection. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with layers of flavor that kept us wanting more. Beyond the incredible drinks and cuisine, the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel truly welcomed. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they elevated our entire dining experience. If you’re looking for a place that delivers exceptional food, amazing cocktails, and an incredible atmosphere, Stubborn Seed is a must-visit.     Beautiful atmosphere with low beat background music, but the star of the show is the scrumptious food! Washu beef was render and delicious. Spicy rock shrimp, black cod miso, a salmon nashi special with truffle flavoring and a unique crispy rice tuna dish! Dessert is also fabulous, miso cappuccino flavoring and sataandagi donut bites with nutella. Yum!

    The food and presentation was excellent and the service exemplary. The pasta is made onsite, daily. I had the spaghetti with tomato sauce. It was so simple yet amazingly flavorful. My coworker ordered the bolognese. It was rich and absolutely delicious. The portion sizes are perfect. Our server assisted us with the wine pairings and they were ideal. We had the honor of meeting Chef Paul, he came to our table and introduced himself. They are high touch and the attention to detail is terrific.
