Best Vegan Restaurants in Sunny Isles Beach

We had a wonderful server, great drinks and delicious food. Beautiful view outside and great ambience. We did the bottomless drinks at brunch and it was well worth it. Ordered many appetizers to share and everything we ordered was really good (ceviche, spicy tuna rice cakes, calamari etc. and we ordered eggs Benedict’s, burgers, steak and eggs etc.). Our server was very attentive and even the hostess at the beginning was very kind and pleasant. All staff made us feel welcomed and kept us happy. Thank you! Will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved Makoto. It was our first time since they moved their location up to Level 3 of the Bal Harbour Shops. Super lovely, energetic, and the interior was gorgeous. We started off with the crispy brussels sprouts, which were so delicious that we put in another order. The truffle salmon was one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten — it melted in my mouth and they did not skimp on the truffle. The dynamite hand rolls were out of this world, warm and flavorful. The spicy tuna crispy rice had the perfect crunch. Side note: if you like sweet cocktails, get the usagi — the passionfruit notes shined through in this dessert of a drink. The chilled house sake we got was also divine. The rolls were fresh — we ordered the caterpillar roll, the spicy yellowtail roll, rainbow roll, and snow crab maki. My favorites were the snow crab maki and the rainbow roll. We ordered miso seabass and wagyu fried rice for the mains — the miso seabass melted in my mouth, and I loved the mix of citrus and sweet flavors that came through in this dish. When we got to the wagyu fried rice, I was already stuffed, but it was delicious with the egg mixed in. We finished the meal off with the toban yaki, one of the most unique desserts I’ve ever had. It was a cross between a crumble and a sorbet dessert — the flavors were incredible. The service was amazing and we loved our server Helena. 10/10 experience at Makoto and can’t wait to come back!

We had never dined at Reunion, although we had passed by several times during our local "travels". We were more than pleasantly surprised when we actually saw the restaurant "up close and personal". We sat outside on a large, covered patio. We ordered drinks (my monitor was delicious), and then dinner. My husband ordered fried calamari, which we both deemed delicious, and he also ordered a wedge Caesar salad, which he deemed excellent. I ordered a light and yummy Branzino, which arrived on a thin layer of couscous and thinly-sliced almonds. The manager came around to greet us and showed us the restaurant's sushi room, which is tucked away in the depths of the restaurant; we will definitely go there on our next visit. Very pleasant eatery; nice service and delicious food. Til next time.

We were offered a complimentary glass of “bubbles” upon arrival. The Mediterranean Bowl was excellent. A great combination of flavors. Very attentive service. A little too noisy for me, but we were able to converse. I would go back.

My husband and I and another couple had a very nice dining experience at 7 Spices. We ordered gyros, burgers, tabbouleh and the truffle fries. Everything was delicious and the service was great. We all loved Basten, our server, who explained everything to us about the different food on the menu. We all hope to return in the near future.
