Drinks were made well and the mixed properly. Not watered down. Service: Our server Noeli ( Sorry, unsure of how to spell her name,) was absolutely AMAZING. It was Valentine’s Day weekend but we did not feel like it was at all. She was extremely communicative and very prompt. We have not experienced service this great in quite some time! Absolutely phenomenal. She deserves to be a manager and train new servers in how to execute amazing service regardless of a busy environment. Ambiance: Valentine’s Day weekend. Very busy. There was a bit of a wait even with reservations but it was lovely. We met the Manager, Scott who was the nicest, friendliest person who went above and beyond to make our dinner so very special. You see....we lost our precious daughter, Jenna 20 months ago. It was sudden and traumatic. The Boathouse and the Fillet Mignon sliders were here favorite. Her last birthday Orlando celebration in February 2023 was so special. We lost her suddenly in June 2023. We live on Long Island, we visit 3 to 4 times per year and T.J. has always taken care of us. Thank you to the staff at Tje Boathouse, T.J. and Scott for helping us through our grief at Jenna's favorite restaurant. You help to heal my heart! It has a pretty lake view, and they have specials sometimes that sound a bit out of this world (like ahi tuna chili) and it was delicious!
