My visiting family wanted Mexican food so we chose Margarita Factory. Each of us had a different dish and all were well prepared and tasty. We ordered cheese dip instead of the usual salsa. It was our first time to try it and we were not disappointed. Our visiting family agreed it was the best Mexican food they had experienced. They want a Margareta Factory in Bend.

The ambiance is romantic. The perfect place for date night or anniversary dinner. We ordered the Shrimp Scampi which is always delicious. My husband ordered the Clams and Mussels antipasti, he loved it. For our entrees we ordered the Lamb Osso Bucco, delicious as well, but we absolutely loved the Pollo Incendio. So much that we shared it and cleared the plate. Highly recommend!

We love Copper River. Service is always top notch. The manager always checks in with us to make sure we enjoyed our visit. Never had a bad meal. And Josh is easily the best bartender in the area!
