At Restaurant Story the premise is simple; we seek to tell our story through the food we serve.We opened in April 2013 gaining our first Michelin star only five months after opening and in 2021 we were awarded our second Michelin star. Finally in 2023 we launched Story 3.0 hosting a 2nd floor.Inspired by chef Tom Sellers’ culinary career and the history of British food, our dishes are an edible story, each one inspired by a memory.     Fabulous dinner. The menu remains a "surprise" until serving which is such a treat. For those of you who like to have control in every aspect of your life: just let go and trust the Team. Every plate was balanced, providing perfect layers of subtly in the mouth. There were so many components to each dish...we can't imagine how much time is put into creating the perfect bite! Beautiful presentation as well. The wine pairings and descriptions by the sommeliers were interesting, introducing us to several vintages that were previously unknown to us. And the servers were so professional and friendly. It felt like they had prepared the dinner in their homes and were treating us to a great meal. Such a breath of fresh air! Thank you for a lovely evening!

    Excellent service from the very beginning. We had booked a table, but when we arrived, we were given the choice to sit further into the restaurant away from the door. Pedro was very helpful with choosing wines, providing an at table tasting service. The food was all delicious, as were the drinks. All of the waiting staff were very attentive and helpful. There was a good, lively atmosphere without being too noisy, and our table were all able to easily converse with one another. A really wonderful afternoon!

    Excellent service, food and location especially for pre-theatre dinner. Great interior and atmosphere and dinner and cocktails were terrific. Outstanding service & staff especially the Manager. We booked thru OpenTable who confirmed our booking by email but restaurant HAD NOT RECEIVED THE BOOKING, so the fantastic Manager scrambled to accommodate us given pre-theatre reservations meant restaurant was full. Our waiter was delightful and kept things moving on time but we never felt rushed. Perfect location for Tower Bridge and Bridge Theatre just around the corner.
