From entering to leaving it was the experience that is needed and should be expected always when dining at such an establishment like Ruth's Chris. It was fantastic customer service. The food is almost always never going to miss. The customer service is what usually can be hit or miss. The host had great communication when we were early and waiting for seating. The manager was on point. Our waiter Marty was calm, professional, knowledgable, and attentive. The wait staff didn't miss a beat. Water filled and bread filled without hesitation. We have been celebrating almost all out big moments here for about 16 years. This experience is pretty consistent with Ruth's Chris. Everyone was nice but our server was especially very kind and attentive. We got the calamari for an appetizer which was delicious and cooked perfectly. I got the tilapia with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts, and my boyfriend got the shrimp with scallops and mashed potatoes also and we loved it all! Our favorite part was dessert, we got the butter cake and it just melts in your mouth.
