We came out to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and were able to sit at the open kitchen bar. It was wonderful to watch the chefs all work together so seamlessly, as if it were choreographed. The attention to detail they gave to every single plate, adjusting for taste and plating it with intention. We were able to have our request of cacio de Pepe met as a lovely birthday dinner.
