- EEllenVIPGreater Boston •18 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoSemolina is always our first choice when we come back to NJ. As usual is was phenomenal!!! The coffee crusted venison carpaccio was tender and delicious. I had the squash angolotti that were plump and the creamy sauce has just enough truffle and pepper notes. My husband had the spicy octopus ragú and it was light and flavorful. Finished the night with a hefty pot de crème that was perfection. Trish was out server and she was attentive, witty and efficient as the dining room was filling up punctuated by Bryson and Jillian who made sure we had everything we needed. once again walked away full and happy!More infoSemolina RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Red Bank•4.8

- SStephanieVIPNew York City •36 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 17, 2024The hostess at the front I think her name was Katie was amazing! Julie, our waitress needs a little bit more help. First off the table was dirty. When people are asking for bottled water if you don’t have bottled water, but you have filtered water that needs to be explained. When people are asking for a straw. Please put straw in a napkin, not with your bare hands. Other than that, Julie was very nice. Just some things she needs to work on. I hope this place does really well cause it’s a great concept. Good luck!More infoBaseline SocialPrice: Moderate• American• Eatontown•4.8
