From the terrific personable service from our Server Amy M to the delicious cuisine. The ambiance is also very nice and upbeat. I ordered a full rack of ribs which was huge…more like a rack and a half. It was very tasty and meaty and not fatty. It is the more traditional “fall off the bone” ribs. Although I do prefer the chew off the bone…I call those “fighters”. I always order my ribs very charred. These were prepared perfectly. As a side I ordered their fresh cut fries (well done) also very good. The barbecue sauce was very flavorful and had just the right amount of kick. It was such a huge order I could only eat a half a rack and took the other full rack home. They always brought their excellent bread out with delicious cinnamon butter. When they didn’t we asked Amy if they had their famous bread and butter. For some reason, it’s now by request only yet still no charge. Just as good as always. The food is prepared well and delicious. The bread is very good as well. There is a wonderful ambiance inside and at the outside patio area. Our waitress, Jessica was friendly and efficient. Our entrees were outstanding…..snapper over risotto, paella,fettuccine with colossal shrimp and a chicken pasta dish.
