- AAlisonVIPChicago / Illinois •22 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoReally nice restaurant in a shopping environment. Quality ingredients and outstanding service. The seafood was spectacular as were the vegetarian dishes. Tiramisu dessert was delicious and just right. Good ambience and we were happy they were open on Christmas day. Overall very good experience.More infoSensei Asian BistroPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Asian• Gainesville•4.8

- PPattiOrlando / Central Florida East •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoCovey’s cocktails are delicious and always innovative. Our Tortellini Michelle was really great, cooked to perfection with tortellini al dente, steak tender, and gravy sooo good and not over-salted which happens too often in restaurants. The Rye-Spice cocktail was perfect—a touch of sweet but not too much. The All Things Vice cocktail with Titos, chai, pumpkin puree, espresso, Baileys with a dash of nutmeg on top was a heavenly after dinner drink to sip slowly. The key lime pie, a complete contrast to the All Things Vice, was outstanding and held its own. The lime was flavor of course stood out…you could see the zest in it—but it was not overly tart nor was it sickening sweet. It was perfection. Our server was friendly, knew the menu, and never missed a beat. She mentioned having just graduated (I would assume from college) and there she was, cheerfully working on Christmas, providing exceptional service.More infoCovey Kitchen + CocktailsPrice: Moderate• American• Gainesville•4.6
- RRobertTampa / Central Florida West •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoPleasant and fast service. We enjoyed our dishes and will likely return. Most entrees are over $20 but that is pretty much in most places nowadays.More infoBJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - GainesvillePrice: Moderate• American• Gainesville•4.2
- GNGNVDiningOrlando / Central Florida East •1 review5.0Dined on Mar 3, 2024The food and service were excellent!! We sat outside, it was a lovely day with the low sound of the piano playing in the background. I ordered the Fish and Grits with an order of Pancakes that came with the bacon or sausage. I requested Turkey Bacon which they did not have. I wish they would have adjusted my bill, for I assume they didn’t have the Turkey Bacon because it never came out and the waitress didn’t mention it. I had to quickly leave, so I didn’t mention it. I highly recommend dining there. FYI, my bill was $35 for Red Fish and Cheesy Grits with 2 Pancakes on the side; no drink. The restaurant next door has an excellent Brunch Buffet for the same cost. I would eat there again because the food was really good and we enjoyed the piano playing and eating outside. I am very happy that there are options for brunch!! Try both!More infoThe Keys Grill & Piano BarPrice: Moderate• American• Gainesville•3.7
