We usually go to The Keg in Coquitlam but we moved and this Keg is closer to us. I haven’t been to this one in 30 years. All the staff were very nice and took a few minutes to chat. Our server Nadia was great. She was friendly and very attentive. My steak was a bit under cooked for my preference and she took care of it. Then she followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Taylor, the dining room manager brought me my dinner when it was ready and genuinely apologized. He went beyond our expectations to make sure I was satisfied with my meal and with our dining experience. We enjoyed our visit. From the friendly staff, our attentive server, Nadia, and Taylor going beyond the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our experience. The food was excellent too. We weren’t rushed at all, and the food and ambiance was great. We had the chefs tasting menu and it was pricy, but I think it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Our second visit was equally delightful. The chefs here are exceptionally skilled and purposeful; I doubt there are better chefs in the city. Kudos to the entire team, and we're already planning to come back next week.
