- NNICKYCambridge/Cambridgeshire •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoAmazing food and service. One lady a bit sharp and needs to have a bit of training on high class service but everyone else amazing. Menu was huge , we had the festive menu which was very good. Wine expensive but great. Would go again and again Had drink at bar after. The staff let it down nut we were still happy- take a long time to be noticed and served then we had to wave them down to pay the bill, too interested in putting cling film over the taps and counting stock ( all 4 of them ).More infoThe Ivy Cambridge BrasseriePrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Cambridge•4.4

- LLaurenLondon •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had a fantastic evening at the Firepit and will definitely be returning. The restaurant is beautiful and ambience was perfect for couples (tables not crammed together at all). Where to start with the food…! It was honestly the best meal we have eaten for a while and we eat out a lot! The staff went through the menu, explained the shared dining approach and how the chef’s would order our meal according to the choices we made. When our courses arrived we certainly were not disappointed! The food was beautifully presented and tasted exquisite. We particularly enjoyed the beef tataki, scallops and Korean beef skewers. We also chose the sharing dessert which was outstandingly presented with the best creme brûlée I’ve ever had. It was certainly a dining experience we will not forget. The cocktails were also amazing! I cannot recommend the Firepit enough. It was a perfect late birthday/early new years treat for us.More infoFirepit Restaurant at The CavePrice: Very Expensive• Pan-Asian• Canterbury•4.7
- RRebeccaEssex •4 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 23, 2024We had a lovely dinner at Smiths. The food was delicious and the restaurant catered well for dietary requirements (coeliac & dairy free). The fresh homemade gluten free bread was one of the best I’ve tasted and was a lovely touch. The Parma Ham, fig & walnut salad was my favourite, followed by the Dover sole. The restaurant had a young group of waiting staff who provided exceptional service. The service was absolutely faultless and of a high standard. Staff were welcoming, friendly and had a good sense of humour. Despite arriving later than planned, staff were incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend Smiths and look forward to dining here again in the future.More infoSmiths Restaurant OngarPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Ongar•4.8
- TTsitsiLondon •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 23, 2024Great food, great atmosphere, great and attentive servers. However, in the spirit of attentiveness, the jacketed servers seemed like she was ticking a box. We had hardly started eating and she was already asking us how our food was? So maybe a little bit more time betwee bringing food to the table and asking how the meal is.More infoThe Ivy, CanterburyPrice: Moderate• British• Canterbury•4.4
