Emeril's New Orleans Fish House in Las Vegas is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates bold, flavorful dishes with a touch of Southern charm. The standout for me was the perfectly cooked Gulf shrimp, bursting with flavor and paired with a rich, savory sauce. Another highlight was the octopus dish, a delicate balance of textures and flavors that truly impressed. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the food and the overall experience make it worth every penny.

Service: Reservation at 6:00pm. Checked in at 5:45pm. Allowed in at 6:01pm. Receptionists were accommodating. Waiter provided a brief description of dishes when asked. Checked in often. Attentive and patient. Servers described in greater detail the dishes they bring to the table. Food: Miso soup had two thin tofu slices garnished with diced chives. Moderately hot. Sea bass with black bean sauce was homey. Topped with ginger slices and chives. Black bean sauce was great over rice. Black cod with miso was delicate and velvety. Miso glaze was mildly sweet and savory. Black cod melted with every bite. Shrimp with spicy garlic sauce was well-seasoned. Shrimp had a perfect bouncy texture. Cucumber salad with crab had a zesty vinaigrette. Pickled radish wrapped around the crab was a refreshing bite. Cleansed the palate. Vanilla Miso Tart was creamy and delightful. Bento Box: Dark chocolate lava cake had an accompaniment of a variety of berries. A perfect balance of bitter and sweet. Ambience: Warm lighting Moderate chatter R&B/pop music

Booked a table for 2 for christmas lunch and we couldn't have been happier. We were seated immediately and only moments later had ordered our drinks and meal. The Guinness arrived in the appropriate amount of time it takes to properly pour a pint of the black stuff and our turkey dinner arrived shortly thereafter. The staff were attentive and efficient and the food was delicious. We will definitely go back during our current trip and will visit again when we return to Las Vegas in 2025

Make sure to reserve beforehand. We came the week of Christmas and made a reservation. We overheard the lady at the front desk say that the wait would be an hour at the time (7pm). There are three sections- front, with a couple tables and the bar, then the wide middle, with a view of the kitchen, and then the back, with a view of the fresh fish. Portions are pretty small but every dish was wonderful. Focaccia is off the menu- we saw other tables order it and we wanted to try it. Focaccia is super hot and fresh and served with whipped ricotta, definitely one of my favorite of the night. Their pesto and ricotta gnocchi- it comes in a ceramic dish so piping hot- and was extremely fresh and good. Their caramel tiramisu was a bit too sweet due to the caramel, but otherwise OK. Fish stew is served in a shallow bowl so it gets cold very quick. Ambiance was really nice, our server seemed a little rushed that day maybe due to a lot of tables but that was alright.

After several days of over-the-top meals, it was great to have something healthy and delicious! We’ve been to other True Food locations and this one didn’t disappoint. No one does a kale salad like they do!
