Best Healthy Restaurants in Fairview

This is a neighborhood favourite of my family & my nieces. The warm customer sevice & attentiveness of our server Tate was very much appreciated. The various menu options and seasonal menu are always engaging - quality of the dishes is consistently good which is why we keep coming back. Thank you Earl's W. Broadway & Fir!

When we were lead to our table we were offered to check our coats. The atmosphere was lively and very busy. Our server was friendly and attentive. We started off sharing a Crab Cake, It was very tender and hot. I had the Filet Mignon with Béarnaise sauce and my wife had the Salmon Wellington with a Tarragon sauce(not Béarnaise). Both dinners were very good. I guess my only complaint would be the vegetables were under done, they were still crunchy. The desserts were incredible. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Vancouver.

Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! I have been many times as well as ordered thru Uber eats often & this was the first time we had the group menu .. absolutely delish .. all the faves kept coming to the table .. highly recommend and book a group dinner here.. so great because you can try so much more .. we were 9 and all of the guests mentioned that they can’t wait to go back !
