- JJimVIPColumbus •38 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoIt was a Sunday after Christmas and we weren’t certain how busy but it was packed by the time we finished dinner (approximately after 7:30). We weren’t certain quickly seated when we arrived. We both started with drinks. My Manhattan was tasty but in a fairly small rock glass for $15 and my wife had a NA Spritz that was $13 in long stem glass with lots of ice (seemed a bit pricey). We both had a bowl of gazpacho which was large and was very tasty. It’s was delightful. My wife had the salmon special which was delicious and came with shishito peppers . I had their Cameron tapas shrimp which were also extremely delicious. We finished with tres leches which was flavorful and has a great texture.More infoBarcelona Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• Spanish• German Village•4.8
- TTonyPittsburgh / Western PA •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoMy partner and I went to Columbus for an overnight and booked the Guild House for dinner. To say the least, our experience there made our entire weekend. We loved it. It was fine dining at its best and a very European style dinner. The service was excellent in that our server took care of us but allowed us to enjoy our meal and only came over when necessary. The food was presented beautifully and was very good and in just the right size servings. My partner had the Cavatelli and i had the Joyce Farms chicken. Both were excellent! We shared the Caramel apple for dessert. Excellent as well! A visit that made our entire weekend! Strongly recommend eating here! - TTinaVIPCincinnati / Dayton •35 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Our server, Beth, was very gracious, efficient and accommodating to our needs and desires. We started with calamari, which was light and crisp, served with a teriyaki-type sauce that was good. The tentacles were not rubbery as most places usually are. The Mister ordered the Shanghai Sampler, which included scallops, shrimp and salmon on top of a sticky rice and a ponzu sauce decorated with spinach and green onions. It was a healthy portion that he took home leftovers where was just as delicious as the initial consumption. I ordered the Shrimp and Crab cake dinner with mashed potatoes and corn maque choux. The mashed potatoes were a bit regular, a bit stiff, and the grilled shrimp was not as flavorful as I'd hoped. They have an excellent fish and chips dinner on a regular day. The tartar sauce is excellent. It was included to my dish, and I tasted it just because I knew it was good, but didn't need it with my crab cake nor shrimp. Overall, the Christmas pre-fixe dinner was very good.More infoColumbus Fish Market - GrandviewPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Grandview Heights•4.3
- RRobertColumbus •3 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 10, 2024Overall, we felt like welcomed and appreciated patrons, and we will most certainly be back. Food was great, most had hanger steak. Drinks were excellent. The table size was perfect for our group. Its location at the door made for a noisier, colder and less private dinner, and the use of stools for two of our party was less comfortable for them. Our server, Jenna was great, and she made up for the inconvenience with her enjoyable personality, complimentary bruschetta, and flexibility on appetizer portions.More infoSycamorePrice: Moderate• American• German Village•4.7
