Thanks to Habib Troudi, it’s about to get one more in the form of Panache Wood Fire Grill. Carved out of the building that had been home to L’Angolo Blue, an Italian restaurant that closed earlier this year, Panache is based on a “simple concept,” as Troudi says, offering thin-crust Neapolitan-style pizzas cooked in a wood-burning, coalfired oven, as well as prime steaks, seafood and other new American cuisine. Once complete, the space will have two bars, one of which will also house the massive 10,000-pound oven needed to crisp up those pizzas and cook other dishes in castiron skillets.

Outrageous food and service. We had the special Chilean sea bass which was amazing along with the most delicious Pork Gyoza I have ever eaten for our appetizers, Followed by a Combo 27, Ooka Sashimi, a Spicy salmon roll along with a Spicy Tuna roll. They say that you eat first with your eyes. The food was as beautiful to look at as it was to eat!

Portions have definitely changed here, although pricing stayed the same. We eat here often enough to see the difference. They are also using different rectangular plates to serve the meals vs the large round ones. Food is still delicious and our server, Emma, was great.

It’s a great restaurant with a good menu option. My wife and I got married at Normandy farms and we eat here every year. There are unique options in the menu every season. Recently we shared a tomahawk steak. It was one of the best I’ve ever eaten!

My first time at firebirds with my family. I loved the food I had a waiter his name was Sam he was very nice, courteous, and pleasant. Definitely deserved the tip! Restaurant was clean spacious and we’re glad we picked the 430pm time because it was starting to get packed. we’ll definitely go again.
