Best Healthy Restaurants in North Miami

Had a reservation & was seated right away in a busy Monday night. Our server was attentive & polite. I do however wish they had something special or at least compted the dessert as I noted during the reservation that it was my Wife’s birthday. Only the hostess acknowledged & said happy birthday to my wife.

Superior food! My wife and I enjoyed Caviar followed by the home-made Ravioli, and then Branzino and Sea Bass. The pasta potions are very small so easily an appetizer. Professional yet friendly service in a great atmosphere. Though not required, you really should dress up - jacket for men and nice dress or pants suit for women. It's definitely pricy - $800 - for the two of us, but worth it - particularly for a special occasion.

I’ve visited twice and honestly the service is subpar- both times our food wasn’t coursed out, waiter hardly checked in, waters not full etc. However, both the food and ambiance are amazing. I recommend the rock shrimp, waygu skewers, beef noodles, crispy rice, house salad, and the chocolate cake. The second time i visited though, the lava cake wasn’t fully warmed up- like the “lava” was still hard which was slightly annoying. Also- the bathroom was a wreck?? No paper towels to dry hands. Odd. But the food and ambiance made it a positive experience and I would return.

My husband and I came here for a belated Valentine’s Day dinner. The valet service in front of the hotel was very quick and efficient. We sat outdoors, and it was very pleasant. Our server, Mariana? She was wonderful. We both had steak with mashed potatoes. Absolutely delicious. They had a woman singing karaoke for the entertainment. We really appreciated that the volume from the entertainment was on the subdued side so that we could easily talk. The singer was great and chose low-key jazzy romantic songs. What we especially appreciated was that the server asked us for our valet ticket to validate at the end of our dinner. We thought that was great because usually we have to ask or go somewhere to get it validated. Really excellent service we felt the ambience was classy, elegant, but not stuffy. It was beautiful on the terrace overlooking the intercoastal. We absolutely will go back!

Aba is a very enjoyable dining experience. Both indoor and outdoor areas are beautiful and very welcoming. I actually prefer sitting outdoor, but if it’s too hot indoor would be just fine. The last few times I was at Aba, Travis was our server, and he is terrific. He actually remembered what I drink- blew me away! And the food is delicious- among my favorites, crispy potatoes. The only dish I did not care for was hamachi. But I guess I should know better than ordering Japanese in Mediterranean restaurant. Overall- I recommend and will return!
