Please be advised. Friday and Saturday's dinner service is Exclusive Omakase experience only. Omakase chef tasting menu is $175 Per Person (price does NOT include beverage and gratuity). Each section will take 120 minutes. (4:30pm to 6:30, 7:30 to 9:30)For all parties, 100% of cost per person + tax will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the reservation date will not be refunded. Cancellations made before the 72-hour time period will be refunded 50% of total cost per person + tax.Reduction in the number of guests in the party are subject to cancellation charge. Please be on time to enjoy all the courses.     Another fine dining experience at Canon! The service is attentive without being intrusive. The food is imaginative and tasty. The portions are large for fine dining, which is nice. And the cocktails are always delicious.

    Came for the Petrale Sole. Very nice preparation. Lots of green beans, rice pilaf. Salad was tasty. Very fresh greens & great dressing. Leslie our server was attentive, cordial & efficient. A very nice evening.

    We would give it a five if the hostess was alert to my wife’s accessibility issues. She did not take into account she was using a walker and she was led around the restaurant in a large circle to be seated having to move patrons and chairs in order to seat her. Otherwise great service, great food and a good experience.
