We ordered the cocio d pepe, steak, cevpi, squash, stragiatella, and dessert. All were delicious. Often great restaurants end with a whimper and serve a dessert that does not stand up to the rest of the meal. The udon and pistachio gelato are next level. The food is amazing. Classic dishes like carbonara and handmade pastas that are simple but done at an exceptionally high level and quality. It felt warm and homey but still so creative. Must gets: - Carciofo Alla Guida - maybe the coolest and unique preparation of artichokes I’ve ever had.
