Located at Atherton Mill in Charlotte's historic South End neighborhood, Indaco (Italian for "indigo") serves Italian cuisine. South End was home to Charlotte’s first railroad line, connecting us to Columbia and Charleston, SC in the mid-1800’s. “Link & Pin” is an old railroad term. A “Link” was installed on one railcar then, as the two railcars were joined, a “Pin” was manually inserted into the other railcar’s link, holding the two railcars together. Nakia was great! She had such a great positive attitude! We went for brunch & she suggested the lobster bisque 10/10! I had chicken & waffles for my entree also 10/10. The chicken strips were seasoned very well but the mint watermelon was so rich with flavor as well. I’ll definitely be going back!

This was our first time dining at Copper and we absolutely loved it!!! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was relaxing and up scale. We got the tikka masala and prawn curry and it was incredible. We will absolutely be back!

They just opened for lunch during weekdays and was our first visit for lunch (been there for dinner a few times). Great experience. Had a pizza and a salad to share with my wife. Prices feel a tad high, especially for the salad during lunch, but you get quality food and service (you want cheap counter service, go to Fuel or Inizzio). Great additional option in SouthEnd for lunch.
