Best Historic Restaurants in Downtown

I eat here every year with my husband for our anniversary and they never disappoint. The staff, the food and the drinks are always 10/10!

Night 2 was just as good as night 1. HIGHLY recommend Trader Vic's. Good food, great drinks, and amazing atmosphere.

Our dinner at Marcel was the best dinner experience I’ve had in 40+ years. The food was excellent but what took it over the top was how hospitable the staff was. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. It was like a family member who wanted to share their food with you. We weren’t rushed and enjoyed just sitting and chatting with ourselves and the staff. They treated everyone like a VIP. I encourage everyone to try Marcel and I’ll gladly recommend it and come back.

9 Mile Restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The menu is a delightful blend of creative dishes, each bursting with fresh flavors and beautifully presented. I particularly loved the charred chicken leg which was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Every bite felt like a symphony of taste! The service was equally outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every guest has a great experience. Whether you’re looking for a cozy dinner spot, a place to celebrate a special occasion, or just incredible food, 9 Mile Restaurant is a must-visit. For a pub, the food was surprisingly very good. My grouper was excellent and my colleague’s salmon was the same. Another mate had the wings which were crispy with a hit of spice in the coating. We chose this spot due to location as our hotel was less than a block away. We were all very pleased with the food. Service was friendly and attentive.
