- DDianeIowa •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe ate at the Swamp Fox 3 times during our stay. Each time, the food was incredible and the service amazing, especially Sylvie. The ambience was wonderful, too. We will definitely recommend the Swamp Fox and will visit again, should we return to Charleston. - SSummerVIPSouth Carolina •19 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoHad a great time in Vincent Chicco’s! Lizzy was fantastic. Jennifer, the General Manager, was very welcoming. Impressive wine list. Only critique would be that when I went to the restroom, I could hear a football game playing at the bar next door, which I wouldn’t expect in an establishment like that. Luckily we couldn’t hear it at our table! Order the stuffed mushrooms, you won’t be disappointed.More infoVincent Chicco'sPrice: Moderate• Italian• Downtown Charleston•4.3

The dining experience with our dog Cody was a big success in large part due to Amelia and all the servers, thank you!! Will definitely visit again when in Charleston…🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴More infoCoast Bar & Grill – CharlestonPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown Charleston•4.4
- KKerriAsheville / Western North Carolina •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024"We decided to celebrate Christmas with a special 'date' for brunch at Gabrielle in Hotel Bennett, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Daniel, in particular, stood out for his attentiveness and the thoughtful touch of addressing us by name. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, adding to the festive atmosphere. The food and ambiance were perfect for the occasion, and we left feeling truly cared for. I can't recommend Gabrielle enough—it was such a memorable experience that it might just become our new Christmas tradition."More infoGabrielle Charleston in Hotel BennettPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Southern• Downtown Charleston•4.5
- SBSarahBWest Palm Beach •6 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 11, 2024Let me start by saying Mike is an incredible host, server, chef, and historian. This was a one of a kind experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique culinary experience in Charleston. While it is not a conventional restaurant, Mike takes you on a culinary journey of 18th and 19th century low country cuisine, keeping things as authentic as possible while still appealing to our modern palates. Each dish was carefully crafted and thoughtfully prepared. The table was full of strangers, but we all got to chat and listen to Mike’s wonderful presentation of Charleston history to go along with each dish. Our specific meal was centered around Legacy families of Charleston, so we enjoyed dishes each family would have also enjoyed. Mike deserves all of the attention and reservations he can handle. As he says, he’s one of Charleston’s best kept secrets, and I believe that to be true because I had a fantastic experience.More infoHistoric Charleston Supper ClubPrice: Very Expensive• American• Downtown Charleston•4.6
