5-Star Review for Sforno Trattoria – A Must-Visit in Boulder! Sforno Trattoria is an absolute gem in Boulder! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy, authentic Italian atmosphere. Every dish we tried was nothing short of spectacular. The Cannelloni was fantastic—perfectly baked with a rich, savory filling. The Tortelloni Boscaiola was indulgent and bursting with flavor, with just the right balance of creaminess and spice from the Vodka sauce base. Pairing it with a wonderful glass of Cabernet elevated the experience even further. And for the grand finale, the tiramisu was simply divine—light, airy, and the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal. Sforno Trattoria exceeded all expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Wonderful brunch at River and Woods. Hard to find a breakfast place with French press coffee but R&W has it and it’s incredible! We celebrated my wife’s birthday today over brunch and every aspect was delightful. Small quaint place but quiet enough to have great conversation over delicious food. We’ll be back again and again!

We had a wonderful valentines dinner at Gemini. Even though it was completely full, the food was overall quite good (one exception, see below), the wait staff attentive without hovering, and the ambience relaxed. We had two (minor) hiccups preventing this from being a perfect meal (the way it usually is here): There was a longer than usual amount of time between when our appetizer/salad came out and the entree/sides were delivered. in fact, we felt the need to inquire whether our entree order had somehow got misplaced - but it did get delivered and of course was quite tasty. The other issue for us was we ordered a crab/endive dish that included flavors that neither my wife or I really appreciated - the endive was more bitter than typical (and I use endive a fair amount in my own cooking), overpowering the crab. But, that may just be our taste buds, your. mileage may vary!

Seats are hard wood, very uncomfortable. The establishment needs to provide cushions, different chairs, or something.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The servers were attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the wait time was minimal. I highly recommend this place!
