- DDouglasSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWith The Waterlot re-opening, we were eager to have a meal there. It was fantastic in every way. The ambiance was wonderful, the servers were obviously very-well trained, and the food was above expectations. We felt welcomed from the moment we set foot in the door, and the entire place felt energized! We are looking forward to our next visit.More infoThe Waterlot - Fairmont SouthamptonPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Southampton•4.8

- TThomasVIPNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoTruly a wonderful dinning experience. Service was impeccable, atmosphere warm and pleasant, and the food was fantastic. Apps we had the baked calms and lobster bisque, both amazing. For our mains, we had the pork cheeks and rabbit leg, again top notch. Dessert was truly the cherry on top of the meal. My only feedback would be, they need to serve a glass of whiskey in a proper rocks glass and use large cube ice vs, crushed iced.More info1770 HousePrice: Very Expensive• American• East Hampton•4.9
- JJamesNew York City •58 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 15, 2024Always hesitate to leave a positive review because it only means a favorite eating place will get even more jammed. That said, we like coming to the Public House. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is plentiful and generally quite delicious. Julia our server was especially friendly, but without intruding. After taking our orders, she checked back several times to see if everything was ok and/or if we needed anything more. (On other occasions, Marsha has been great, but she does not work on Saturdays). The food was good. New England Clam Chowder. French Onion Soup & Chopped Wedge Salads were delicious. Wings were good; Chicken Picatta less so because the lemon sauce with capers tasted definitely like an add on instead of being infused into the chicken. All in all, however, it was another good evening... and a good dinner. We'll be back!More infoSouthampton Publick HousePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Southampton•4.5
