- KKnothole1Orange County •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had a great experience! We had the pot pies and lobster bisque. It was the first time in a ling time where there were actual chunks of lobster in the soup. The Caesar salad was good too!More infoThe Walnut Room - ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Loop•4.6

- BBrian FrazierChicago / Illinois •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoIf you are a lover of true Roman cuisine, you'll feel right at home at il Carciofo. It (selfishly) pains me to write this as it is already a long line to get a reservation, but as a couple who truly loves spending time in Italy and have yet to find an American restaurant that holds its salt, Chef Joe Flamm and his team hit this one out of the park. Watching him work the kitchen was like watching a conductor at the Orchestra. The carbonara, carciofi and pistachio gelato transported us right back to our favorite spots in Rome. We originally booked back to back nights in case we had a last minute scheduling conflict, fortunately we did not. We enjoyed last night and we'll be back again tonight to take on the other half of the menu. Hats off, Chef!More infoil CarciofoPrice: Expensive• Italian• West Loop•4.8
- SsandraChicago / Illinois •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 11, 2024I love Broken English and have been many times. Unfortunately this time around the tacos tasted different and didn’t have the flavor and richness they normally do. Not sure if it was due to a change or recipes or cooks but it was a bit disappointing. Everything else is always great, nice atmosphere and staff. I will be back and hopefully the food is back to normal next time I go.More infoBroken English Taco Pub-Old TownPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Old Town•4.7
