- LLauraJacksonville / Northeast Florida •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoIt was Christmas Day let’s begin there. I made a reservation 1 month ago and as we checked in I sat down by the door. It was a revolving door droves of ppl kept coming in I guess to ck to see if they could get a table. I heard them say there is no availability until Jan6 so I would see those ppl that just asked leave. But it never stopped. More people lots of people kept coming in without reservations? Why didn’t you just put a sign up saying if you don’t have a reservation there are none available at this time. What I did see is wowwww your staff is amazing your servers are like no other I have ever seen. They all need a raise if you base on performance for just that day alone give them all a raise. They never missed a step regardless of how crowded it was especially upstairs by the bar where people were waiting behind people that were seated at the bar. They were like vultures waiting for the people who were sitting waiting to make a move. And I observed the ones standing at the bar waiting are alllll in the way of your servers trying to get the food that is on their big tray to the customers. It is an accident waiting to happen. All in all I had an amazing dinner, my server Tracylynn was amazing and even though it was very busy it didn’t take away from the delicious food we had.More infoColumbia Restaurant - St. AugustinePrice: Moderate• Spanish• St. Augustine•4.6

The food was excellent. We had the surf and turf, chicken bravas, veal orleans, and pork tenderloin. The food was prepared and seasoned perfectly. Alyssa was our server and she was kind, attentive, friendly and professional. I can not recommend Collage enough! Go make a reservation now!More infoCollage RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Global, International• St. Augustine•4.8

Christmas Eve was extremely busy and we found it difficult to find a place to sit in the lounge while waiting for our dinner reservation at 6:30. The kitchen was slow and we didn't finish dinner until 9:30. We'll definitely go back but this experience was out of the ordinary. We have dined here on Christmas Eve for the last 6 years so it's become somewhat of a tradition for us. Never had this much of a delay in the past.More infoCordovaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• St. Augustine•4.3

We were given light-up holiday hats for everyone in the party because we made a reservation online. So cool! The ambiance was lovely, all decorated for Christmas, a cool little bar, and awesome holiday themed cocktails. The waiter was very attentive. Amazing food! Get the burger! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had! The shrimp bisque was also quite good. My only negative is the price, but I’d rather spend $150 for a meal that supports a small business, with quality hand-crafted food than pay the same for a chain restaurant of the same predictable menu items. We love St. Augustine and come up every December for Night of Lights. We hope to visit Forgotten Tonic again next year!More infoForgotten TonicPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• St. Augustine•4.8
