Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Southbank

From the moment we arrived to when we left we were made to feel very special, staff amazing and food equally amazing, a little bit pricey but in London you expect that. The only negative is they bring food out when it's ready so not everything necessarily comes together, which is fine but I can't understand why my pork belly came a good 6 to 7 minutes before something as simple as the noodles I ordered. Overall an amazing experience in a lovely restaurant, I would highly recommend a visit.

From the moment we arrived we felt we had made a very good decision booking a table at Black lock’s. We were greeted very warmly at the door, it was very warm and cosy and the atmosphere felt good immediately. All the staff were great especially our waitress, Francesca. The food and all our drinks were excellent. My husband and I had the all in. Delicious! Our friends both had fillet steak cooked to perfection. We shared a bread and butter pudding and the cheesecake again both were superb. We can’t fault a thing we loved it and will definitely be going back next time we are in London. Cocktails were great too, the Midnight Bramble was so good. We would highly recommend this lovely restaurant. See you again soon.

I’ve been to this wonderful restaurant a few times, and love it!! The ambience, the decor, the service and obviously, the excellent food, make it stand out above other Spanish restaurants. But with its location being in the middle of a residential neighbourhood, you see a lot of locals eating there, and regularly coming back. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough; it’s extremely authentic and feels just like being back in the heart of Spain.

Very nice Food and Tea, the ambient is great and the service is top class, it's just a very expensive one time experience for not-as-rich-people like me and my husband ;) but we loved it!

Great food. Belly ribs and porterhouse were outstanding. Sides were delicious, though portions could be more generous for the price. The buttered greens were quite small for £6. Service was very warm and welcoming. Only feedback is regarding unavailable menu items. We tried to order several dishes that weren't available. It would be great if we got a rundown of everything unavailable as we were being seated so we could exclude them from our decision.
