Unfortunately, our friend’s steak was over salted, it did not taste good. Suzanne noticed that he wasn’t eating and questioned him. She immediately took the steak back and had a new one prepared. The chefs and front-of-house teams are amazing to watch in action. Every dish is so flavorful and creative and you never know what is coming next from your selections. Just note, it can get very loud since orders are being called out in addition to the already energetic restaurant behind you if you're seated in this location. So this location is one of the best run restaurants I've had the pleasure to witness. Food was a delicate balance of flavors and you could taste the freshness of every ingredient. Choices were amazing for those afraid to venture into sushi/sashimi. The open atmosphere and wine room are classy and fresh not too stuffy. Chic and yet demure.
