    Dining at Nobu in Caesar’s Palace was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with a warm welcome and attentive care throughout the meal. Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance.     Went here for Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend.  first time here and man was it delicious. We got the beef Wellington and the lamb. We are not usually steak people, but the Wellington was really really good. The pastry was nice and flaky while the beef being super tender. I ordered the lamb medium and I think it was maybe a little bit more on the rare side, but it was still delicious. If I could order the lamb again, I would I would just say medium well probably. Taste of everything was on point. The ambience was really good. Our server was really cool. Would definitely go there again.

    Our chef last night was Emmi. He was egggggscellent with his dad jokes and also great at making sure we all got what we wanted how we wanted it. I have a mushroom allergy and he made sure he did not cook any mushrooms near my food. I appreciated that! Great portion size for the amount of money you spend per plate. Highly recommend the solid classic, teriyaki chicken with extra garlic butter.
