Look for an ever-changing array of classic and innovative pies that simultaneously deliver bold flavors and a clear conscience. Plus, along with pizza, The Parlor offers small plates that touch on the whole spectrum of culinary experience. Look for rustic salads, wood-roasted vegetables, and delicately smoked wings. This is food cooked by chefs who care (mostly because this is what they like to eat themselves). At The Parlor, we offer scissors as an alternative to us cutting your pie, ultimately empowering the diner and creating a playful, efficient way to share with your friends. Alongside a fork and knife, scissors have been the standard in Italy for centuries. Trust us: they work better—plus, you can cut any size slice you like.

We normally go for dinner at Moderne Barn which we enjoy greatly but today we went for lunch which did not disappoint. We shared two sandwiches. The Cuban panini and the honey glazed fried chicken sandwich. They were both delicious. Staff was wonderful and we saw Dominick who we normally see in the evenings behind the bar. Also shout out to Marissa the general manager who was at the front door and greeted us. Great Job.

We don't usually do Valentine's Day dinner but we are longtime fans of Chef Peter Kelly's culinary skills, innovative menus, great cocktails, and fabulous service, and had been to Basso 56 before but have been wanting to try Chef Kelly's new location. So this seemed like a great excuse to check it and it did NOT disappoint. Great wine list, exciting cocktail menu, awesome service, and amazing and innovative menu but yet able to accommodate 2 dietary restrictions in our party of 4 without a problem or hesitation. And Chef Kelly made the rounds in the dining room twice during our meal and was as friendly and gracious as always. Sorry no pictures but everything was presented beautifully and absolutely delicious. Salads were fresh and light, grilled octopus was terrific, shrimp with truffle special appetizer was outstanding, branzino was cooked perfectly, all the pastas are made in-house and delicious, and while not on the menu, they made a cacio e pepe for one of our guests who had a dietary need and it was outstanding, especially since it was a very busy night. We will definitely be back soon!

Went for Valentine’s Day, got a great table because we went earlier in the night at 5 PM. Service was attentive, professional, and kind. Asked them to fix a temperature issue with my wife’s filet mignon and they immediately fired it up for resolution. Ambience was great. Food & drinks were 4-4.5/5.

This was the first time having pistachio flavored pasta (rigatoni in my case) and I was awesome. It was cooked with fennel and was absolutely delicious. My wife had the duck liver cannolli and she loved it as well. The service was excellent and attentive. Could not have had a better dining experience close to home!
