Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Taylorsville

This is our 3rd visit to Chimayo and while each one has been great, this time was maybe the best. Our group started with tortilla soup in queso fundito , both of which were sublime. Our entrées included the chicken relleno, wagyu sirloin and a new addition to the menu, pan seared snapper. The sauce for the snapper was spectacular and one of our guests said it was the best chicken they’ve ever had. The steak was sliced thin and delicious and the potato with truffle butter was ridiculously good. Service was friendly and efficient as always the ambience is always great.

The service was fantastic! We have been to both the Salt Lake and Park City locations, Park City had better service and it felt cozy with their decorations they have. We will be returning to this location over SLC!

Decided to enjoy Kimi’s for our Anniversary Dinner, and we were amazed at the entire experience ! The ambiance is warm and inviting with spacious comfortable seating. The menu has something for everyone. Each food item from appetizer to desert is plated delicately and with personalized detail you feel like the chef is there only for you. Our server Jackie was pleasant and attentive to see our meal was timed perfectly. The evening far exceeded our expectations for our special occasion. We look forward to many returns to this fine dining establishment. Thank you Kimi’s !

This place is everything they say. Dustin, one of the managers, was attentive knowledgeable and walked us through the best things they had that were the best flavor and value. Josh our sushi chef made each item with delicate details. The flavor was out of this world. Can’t wait to come back. Def need to make reservations! Toro hand roll was delectable!

This was a fantastic dinner spot during our trip to Park City! The appetizers were honestly our favorites from the meal, the foccaia, the crispy Brussels and the Spanish octopus. The trout and Utah elk were also amazing. Our server, Aaron, was fantastic too!
