Best Neighborhood Gem Restaurants in Chino Hills

Food was great as usual. Shared the pate, which was very good. Plenty of pate, grilled whole grain bread, variety of fruits, pickled red onion, pickled green onion slices(first time having this-it was slightly sweet & tasty), & jam. For my entree,I ordered my usual Gorgonzola & Granny Smith apple with grilled chicken. MUCH better than my last visit. My only complaint last visit was the lone thin slice of apple. That’s correct. ONE slice of apple. Perhaps the kitchen supervisor was new(?). Anyway, the salad was great. My friend had the rare grilled tuna sandwich. VERY good. My last visit, my MIL had the same & was also very pleased with her choice. We will continue to be regular patrons. The food & service are great. The brief tour of the garden/nursery is a nice distraction from LA traffic & the hustle of city life.

We enjoyed an outstanding Christmas dinner dining experience. There were 16 in our party. Food was excellent, having a children’s menu was greatly appreciated, and our servers, Amber and Jessica, were outstanding…fun, professional, friendly and efficient. Our experience at the Mission Inn restaurant last night was fantastic!! My husband and I took our kids, moms & siblings for dinner and it was perfect!!! It was a huge relief because we took 16 of our friends to Las Campanas at the beginning of December and the experience was a HUGE disappointment.

Had a few get together after a concert for dinner. Greeted with chilled water and a nice greeting. Started out with cocktails and then moved onto some nice wine. Got some empanadas of the day, a huge spicy ground beef with loads of flavor. Moved onto entrees. they just started making a shrimp bugatini the my wife had and I had the pork chop, both were great but the al pastor sauce over the top was the best and the potatoes they served with it were outstanding. Service is always great.
