My friend Kathy and I wanted a long leisurely time together for lunch and conversation, and Farmhouse's team provided just that in a lovely setting underneath warm heaters and surrounded by beautiful gardens. This is our first time here and she offered some great recommendations especially the dessert! She was truly amazing and if you’re lucky to have her as your server, you will not be disappointed. With friend in town for the holiday we wanted to do something festive for late afternoon drinks and then an early dinner. Service was outstanding - starting with sitting at the PCH side bar where our original bartender is still serving up perfect jalapeño margaritas — to the hostess who easily accommodated our request for table in that area for dinner — and then the food stoke the show. Queso fundido was terrific, Pork Verde and the Salmon dishes were ‘off the charts’ and the chicken Enchiladas and Crispy Tacos were perfect. Javier’s ALWAYS lives up to it’s reputation. We started with the delicious sourdough bread and moved on to drinks and poke, entrees were mahi mahi and halibut, perfectly prepared accompanied by wonderful garlic mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and asparagus and topped It all off with creme brûlée.
