Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. Their food and overall attention is amazing! From the valet parking to the kitchen everything is good. The atmosphere is great and their decoration is lovely When it comes to their food the flavor is amazing and in top of that while being cooked in front of you, you get a very different sense of what you are going to be having for lunch. Definitely a must try!
