My girlfriend said the Chicken Piccata was the best meal she’s ever had. I had the Lamb and it was very good. Didn’t catch our servers name but she was very nice & attentive. Our drinks took a little longer but our appetizers came out in good time. The soups were delicious--loaded potato soup and tomato soup. The main courses were generous proportions. On previous lunch and dinner visits, we have enjoyed other beef, fish, and vegetarian dishes. The menu offers a nice variety and along with the specials, you makes our visits a much anticipated culinary delight.. We love the BYOB policy that allows us to bring our wine club wines. I started with the Salmon Gravlax, which was prepared in a buttermilk-dill vinaigrette; the pumpernickel crisps were a delightful touch. I then had the prime rib which was one of the best I have ever eaten. Whatever the chef marinated it in was phenomenal. The smoked horseradish whipped potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts nicely balanced it. My brother enjoyed his smoked trout salad and cocoa barbecue ribs. Taylor was our server and she was another highlight as she knew the menu, was professional, courteous, and friendly. She had us laughing and enjoying ourselves.
