- NnancyNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoMy visits, since moving out of NYC, are infrequent, but always exceed my expectations. I never feel rushed, and always love the friendly vibe of the staff. Tonight I was celebrating a friends birthday and my daughter, who lives inthe neighborhood was walking by from her apartment. I encouraged she and her boyfriend to stop by for a holiday hug. Since the table next to us wasn't scheduled until a half hour later they were able to join us for a libation and family visit. The staff handled our unplanned visit with enthusiasm and grace. Thank you again for another memorable evening.More infoCafe LuxembourgPrice: Expensive• French American• Upper West Side•4.8
- KKimVIPNew York City •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFirst time going to the Plaza Hotel for afternoon tea. Pleasantly surprised with the quality and service considering the mixed reviews. Sandwiches were delicious and there seemed to be endless tea in the teapot. Mary was amazing at making this experience memorable! She was super nice, informative, and great at anticipating what works for us! Would definitely go back.More infoThe Palm Court at The Plaza HotelPrice: Very Expensive• American• Midtown East•4.4
- LLisaVIPNew York City •30 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe were so pleased with our first visit to Carmine's. My husband and I usually travel to NYC alone, and have never gone before because we heard how large the portions are - and they are NOT kidding. There were 7 of us for dinner, and we shared a Caesar Salad, Cheesy Garlic Bread, Rigatoni Bolognese, Eggplant Parm, Veal Scallopini, and Tiramisu and it was perfect portions. Only thing we took home was the Garlic Bread (which the 19-year-old scarfed down likely before it made it to the hotel fridge.) Paul our server was fantastic - happy to see our family reunion the day after Christmas with family from Myrtle Beach. The restaurant is crowded and loud, so expect that - but it's a fun environment and you can tell it's mostly families just having a great time. This dinner capped off a perfect day celebrating the 19-year-old's first Broadway Show.More infoCarmine's - 44th Street - NYCPrice: Moderate• Italian• Theater District•4.6
- AautumnNew York City •9 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe were visiting from out of state and had a friend from Europe visiting with us. We had prompt service, our server was attentive and everyone was friendly, the entrees were delicious. The option for the smaller portions on some items is appreciated. The portion size ordered was just right for everyone as we don’t like overeating or wasting food. The Smith has become one of our favorite restaurants to start our day when visiting. The bathrooms are very clean and well stocked with necessities. The photo booth is the best and has become tradition to visit prior to departing!More infoThe Smith- Lincoln SquarePrice: Moderate• American• Lincoln Square•4.6
