THE Steak House has been thrilling diners with it’s top grade meats, served by a friendly, gracious staff for over 40 years. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity. This process tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor, which is further enhanced by preparing the beef over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Once inside the dining room, you will feel right at home with our old-school ambience. Dinners include fresh baked breads, choice of our famous black bean soup or house salad plus a Chef's fresh vegetable & choice of garlic mashed potato, baked potato, or rice pilaf.     We were there for a special Christmas menu. Very well priced for a very nice meal. The prime rib was gorgeous, as were the mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts. The yorkshire pudding was -- unfortunately -- an overcooked and brittle shell. A misstep that didn't ruin the meal by any means, but it's not something that's often offered on American menus and I'd been looking forward to it as a component. Outstanding service -- the staff are always great at Honey Salt.

    Every time we’ve eaten at your restaurant it has been a memorable experience with delicious food. Your wait staff is always exceptional, especially Steven who was our waiter last night. He was informative, friendly, kept asking if we needed anything and made sure the meats we wanted was promptly sent over to our table. He is an asset to your establishment.

    My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Sparrow + Wolf and we're glad that we did. The experience was amazing from the food to the amazing service provided by everyone. Everyone was so attentive and pleasant.

    Golden Steer Steakhouse is a great restaurant to try atleSt once whole in Vegas. Social media has added to the notariaty of this restaurant, which in turn is reflected in the high price for the meal. The lobster, although good, is overpriced. It appears that the prices have increased over the past few months. The steaks are great but too overpriced. The service is top notch, no issues there. But the dress code requirements, although a nice rule, are not consistent.
