It’s brined, dredged, then dropped into custom-built fryers. Its got a little kick and is served with our house made hot honey. Our sides are modern takes on down-home favorites. Made in house every day.The lively atmosphere is relaxed and upbeat — driven by a blues heavy soundtrack.

It was my first time dining there. My girlfriend's 2nd time and it was her treat. We did have to book our reservation many weeks ahead. But it was worth the wait. Once you eat there, you'll understand just why they're so booked up well into the future. Our server and he was excellent. The food was excellent. The ambience was excellent. We have zero complaints. Definitely worth the money and will definitely return someday.

We ate at Harry & Izzy’s Downtown while we’re were visiting Indianapolis for a business conference. We made lunch reservations and we were seated as soon as we arrived. The restaurant is beautiful. It’s a very old building and has tall ceilings and lots of wood and windows. We chose a lunch special where you get their signature shrimp cocktail, two sliders (you choose between filet mignon, fried chicken or shrimp) you also got a choice of soup or salad and fries or chips. We got the filet mignon slider, Caesar salad and house chips. The shrimp cocktail was really good. The shrimp were large fresh and firm and the cocktail sauce which is made from fresh horseradish was surprisingly tasty. The filet mignon sliders were amazing. The steak was tender and filled with flavor. The house chips and salad were both fresh and perfect. Our server was prompt, friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my lunch so much that I wanted to immediately make another reservation so I could come back and repeat the entire experience. Definitely will go back before we leave.

My husband and I are in town for the WWETT show and decided to try it out and omg..AMAZING food!! Some of the best Italian food we have ever had. Everything we had from the bread to the dessert was excellent. The short rib ragu and rigatoni vodka were chefs kiss!!! The homemade pasta is freakin delicious!! We also had the calamari, market green salad with the delicious lemon vinaigrette and the soup of the day which were all fantastic. The service was also amazing. Our waitress Kendra was super friendly and made great recommendations. The atmosphere is very relaxing as well. We loved it so much, we made reservations for another dinner before we leave town. Highly recommend!! You won’t want to miss!!
