Even something like potato leek soup, which I almost didn’t select because it seemed too ordinary and there were so many other great options in the first course, ended up being the best soup I have ever had. Cocktails were creative and fantastic as well. Really nice ambience with the rustic but elegant decor.More infoEarth at Hidden PondPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Kennebunkport•4.8

- KKarlMaine •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had dinner at the Sedgley Place maybe 10-15 years ago for our anniversary (in the summer). It's almost an hour away from home so an opportunity to return hadn't presented itself. However, we recently read of new ownership and were looking for a "special" place for Valentines Day (our go-to place for many years changed ownership a couple of years ago and have disappointed us since). Let's just say our dining experience at the Sedgley Place for Valentines Day was OUTSTANDING! We met the new owner and complimented her on our meals. I had Prime Rib, which was cooked exactly as I ordered, a very generous portion with immense flavor and texture. My wife had scallops with a bacon jam (?) that was exquisite. The service was impeccable even with a full house. We'll return as it is worth the drive!More infoSedgley PlacePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Lewiston•4.5
- JJackPhiladelphia County •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoA real fine dining experience. My wife and a guest and I dined at Trenta last night. Wonderful to see a restaurant so in the details. Thoughtful menu, we started with the autumn kale salad, which was a perfect beginning. Fresh ingredients, and not drowning in dressing as is so often the case out there these days. Also, the meatballs of the appetizer menu. They were really fun. All three of our main courses were interesting, thoughtfully, prepared and tasteful. And I want to shout out the wine list. Plenty of great selections. Our server struck the right balance between being attentive without being intrusive. Background music was at the right level for conversation, and the ambience is perfect. We will be back soon and often. More infoTrentaPrice: Expensive• American• Wolfeboro•4.4
