Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Gunbarrel

Everything was great from the wine to the pasta. We enjoyed our dinner and service was excellent.

We made a reservation which I would recommend. Beautiful sunset views of the mountains. Three of our party of four had burgers and one had the Reuben. We all liked our sandwiches and portions were large enough that two of us had leftovers. We will return!

Decided to sit at the bar for dinner, there were two seats and it’s always packed at the bar so we thought let’s experience something new at Carellis. I wish you could reserve bar seats. Chris and Alex were the best!!! There’s so much going on there. People watching went into Chris introducing us to some of their regulars, now new friends. Seeing the way Alex and Chris work together was fire! Not a thing was missed with our meal, they somehow knew what we wanted before we did. I can’t understand or explain what we both experienced it was one of if not the best dining experiences we have ever had anywhere!!

This is a gem of a restaurant. The four course menu is perfectly balanced, flavorful, and subtle all at once. I wish I was in the Boulder area more often as this would be a go to for me. The location is great and has beautiful views. The service is also fantastic. Highly recommend

Wait staff and kitchen did an amazing job even though it seems Open Table threw a bit of a wrench into things this evening. Food and service were, as always, excellent.
