How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting?     Echo & Rig is an excellent choice if you're looking for an affordable steak dinner restaurant experience. The food is terrific (Don't miss the garlic mashed potatoes!) and service is exceptional. We'll definitely be back.

    This is a terrific restaurant that serves great Italian and American cuisine. One of our many favorites is the artichokes and the perfectly cooked flank steak. The chef/owner Gina was names 2024 chef of the Year!!!

    We were invited to a wine tasting event at this restaurant and it was a great experience. So glad we signed up. Very informative and the wines were superb. The food paring was well thought out and tasted great. In particular, there was a duck lasagna dish that was most outstanding. We continue to go to this restaurant because of the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. Highly recommend.
