Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Sunny Isles Beach

Love this place. It’s a vibe and the food is full of flavor and spice. Lots of options for choosing what hits the spot. Dumplings in delicious sauce. Spicy schezuan chicken in lettuce wraps. Great wine menu. World cusisine and gorgeous light. Even little stubby holders for your shopping not to be in the way. Thoughtful design and great service. A good chef designed the open kitchen which sizzles and smells fabulous. Half the fun is watching all the orders fly out.

Bridget , the manger saved the day! Of course Christmas Eve was a busy night and reservations were flooding in but we have been to The Drexel before and we know it’s worth the wait. Martina the server took great care of us the minute we sat down and was always there for us when we needed her . We had the whole chicken , tuna carpaccio , hummus, mussels , pasta for the kids ! An amazing Christmas Eve feast! Bartenders are on point with our Negronis and my special request for a drink called le veux carre! It is a great spot for a local to feel like you have been taken out of Miami Beach and into a different world. You guys did great last night ! No pressure no diamonds!

We are new to south Florida and heard amazing things. We enjoyed Christmas Eve dinner last night and the food was amazing (10/10). Had the salmon, swordfish and warm water lobster. Beautiful location, fantastic wait staff, and bar tenders. The tarpon were an added bonus- gigantic!

Another wonderful experience. We brough 2 nephews from out of town, and they were blown away by the food, service, attention to detail by the staff, and the show. We ate family style and were given adequate time between courses to enjoy our family. Then we topped off desert with the Bomb! This is a delicate outer shell of merengue, with fresh seasonal fruits and freshly whipped cream. Bravo! This restaurant has quickly become our go to place to eat especially when we have guests in town. Sharing this experience is on the top of our list.
