Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Thornbury

Excellent seasonal special night out. Quality menu and ambiance/decor. The Pan Seared Scallops were perfection and the Prime Rib a good portion and medium rare. Enjoyed the “Harvest” seasonal gin cocktail and the Pistachio Cheesecake was neither too sweet nor heavy.

A treasure to enjoy on the regular. The quaint location where the food is of such Michelin quality but the flavour and perfect pairing and sharing plates make you feel so comfortable it's a must must try over again. The pappardelle with pistachio to the duck confit and scallops with shaved brussel salad ... magnificent. But do start with a paper plane cocktail. Worth the experience.

My Third time dining at Fishbone. Very nice service. Great food.

Business dinner with ‘foodies’ from New York. The dinner was very good from starters through to dessert. Of special note, the warm olives and maple crème brûlée were particularly good. Also really beautiful Christmas decorations
